Returns and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
In the event of returning any product purchased through the website www.izy.market, the adherence of the following terms is mandated.
- You can return a product within 3 days from the date of delivery
- The product needs to be dropped at IZY Market Head Office located at Gordon Street Rose Hill by your own means.
- All products returned shall be in the same condition as you received it
- All products shall be kept in the original packaging
- The receipt (bill) of such product needs to be intact
- The Product shall not be soiled
- In case the Product has any warranties, cables, chargers and other accessories given with the Product, shall be kept intact
- In the event of non-adherence to these terms and in case the product be opened or used by You, no return shall be acceptable.
However, return of following products shall be not accepted.
- Electronics
- Industrial Products
- Inner Wear
- If the Product has been used by the You
- If the Product seal has been tampered
- If the Product has damaged in whatsoever manner
- If the Product is sold during any Promotion / Offer
- If the price tags, labels have been tampered and/ Missing
In the following cases, the return of products is accepted
- In the event, the Product is defective
- In the event, the Product is damaged
- In case of Order Mismatch
- In case of missing products
- In case of incorrect quantity
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Refunds are made on the value of product only. Delivery charges are not refundable
For cancelled orders, you will have to give the Order Confirmation Number when calling the Marketplace Customer Service for processing of the cancellation. Marketplace shall endeavour to reverse the payment back to your bank card account. For each cancelled order where the payment has been completed, you may be charged a fee on the purchase amount.
Refund in case of Cancellation of order can take up to 5 working days to be processed.
In case of disputes – all information will be collected and escalated to Marketplace Operations Team via Consumer care. A final decision will then be taken whether a refund will be processed.
